Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci (15 April 1452– 2 May 1519) was an Italian Renaissance polymath: painter, sculptor, designer, artist, mathematician, designer, innovator, anatomist, geologist, carthographer, botanist, and author. His genius, possibly perhaps more than of that of any other figure, illustrated the Renaissance humanist perfect.
